  2. 2Bring to hard boil and add onion soup mix and packet of taco seasoning mix.
  3. 3Lower heat and cover.
  4. 4Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  5. 5Note: this soup can be enjoyed as a meal replacement or a healthy in-between meal snack.
