  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the flours, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  2. 2In another bowl, combine the egg whites, apple sauce, lime juice and orange juice; add to the dry ingredients just until moistened.
  3. 3Stir in the mango, banana and nuts.
  4. 4Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. 5Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
