  1. 1Sauté vegetables in olive oil. Add chopped bacon and paprika.
  2. 2Whisk eggs with milk.
  3. 3Divide vegetable mixture into muffin tins and add 1 tsp goat cheese to each.
  4. 4Pour in beaten eggs.
  5. 5Bake at 325°F in a water bath covered with a sheet pan for 25 minutes or until set.
