  2. 2Cook and crumble bacon and stir fry vegetables, no oil.
  3. 3Whisk eggs and sour cream in a 9" pie plate sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. 4Stir in crumbled bacon, vegetables and cheese.
  5. 5Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
