Italian Sausage Whole Wheat Pizza

Ingredients
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, part skimNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 2 tbsps vegetable oilNutrition
- 2 links 3 oz sweet italian sausageNutrition
- 1/2 small onionNutrition
- 4 oz mushroomsNutrition
- 1/2 medium bell pepperNutrition
- 2 tsps yeastNutrition
- 3 cups whole wheat flourNutrition
- 15 oz tomato sauceNutrition
- 8 oz waterNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine water, salt, oil, flour and yeast in bread machine using 'dough' setting.
- 2Cook tomato sauce with Italian seasonings slowly over low heat until very thick.
- 3Thinly slice onion and bell pepper. Drain liquid from mushrooms.
- 4Break open sausage casing and cook completely. Use paper towels to blot away fat.
- 5Spread dough thin. Top with tomato sauce, cheese and remaining ingredients and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for about 20 minutes.
