  1. 1Crumble two slices of bread in blender and add to lean ground beef. Add eggs and fat-free milk.
  2. 2Add seasoning and mix together in a large bowl.
  3. 3Put in a loaf pan and cook uncovered in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour.
  4. 4Note: If you don't have bread, you can use a cup of oatmeal or cracker crumbs.
