Turkey Meatloaf with Taco Seasoning

  1. 1Pre-heat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Take out a large bowl, cheese grater, and broiler pan.
  2. 2Dice the small onion and grate a large carrot. Put into the bowl.
  3. 3Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. 4Mix well with your hands.
  5. 5Spray the broiler pan with olive oil spray. Then form the mixture into a loaf and put on broiler pan.
  6. 6Put in the oven for 25-35 minutes.
  7. 7Take out of the oven, then let cool for 5-10 minutes.
