  1. 1sauté mushrooms, green peppers and onions in cooking spray like Pam until onions are clear.
  2. 2Add beef broth and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3Set aside and allow to cool.
  4. 4Mix ground beef and 1/2 the can of crushed tomatoes.
  5. 5Fold in mushrooms, green peppers, onions and beef broth.
  6. 6Shape in to a loaf and make a reservoir in the top for the rest of the crushed tomatoes.
  7. 7Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for one hour or until juices run clear.
