Ingredients
- 2 tbsps turkey rub seasoningNutrition
- 1 1/4 lbs lean ground turkeyNutrition
- 1 clove garlic, mincedNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 16 oz cabbage coleslaw mixNutrition
- 28 oz stewed tomatoesNutrition
- 40 oz tomatoes with green chiliesNutrition
- 15 oz black beansNutrition
- 15 oz red beansNutrition
- 15 oz red kidney beansNutrition
- 46 oz tomato juice, low sodiumNutrition
Directions
- 1Sauté onion and garlic until tender in a large stock pot.
- 2Add fresh ground turkey and brown.
- 3Add remaining ingredients to the large stock pot.
- 4Simmer for 1 hour - stirring frequently as cabbage likes to sink to bottom.
- 5Note: freezes very well.
