Cheese Stuffed Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauceNutrition
- 3 tsps dijon mustardNutrition
- 1 lb lean ground turkeyNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups frozen chopped spinachNutrition
- 4 oz mozzarella cheeseNutrition
- 2 tbsps parmesan cheeseNutrition
- 2 large egg whitesNutrition
- 1 tsp dried oregano leavesNutrition
- 4 tbsps dried parsleyNutrition
- 1/4 tsp pepperNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 cup onion, choppedNutrition
- 3 tbsps ketchupNutrition
- 1/4 cup bread crumbsNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). In a large bowl, combine turkey, spinach, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, egg whites, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- 2Press half of mixture into an 8" loaf pan. Top bottom half with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Press remaining turkey mixture over top and flatten to make an even layer. Whisk together ketchup and mustard and spread mixture over prepared meatloaf.
- 3Bake 1 hour, until top is golden and loaf has pulled slightly away from sides of pan. Let stand 10 minutes, then slice into 6 equal pieces and serve.
