Directions
- 1Cream ricotta cheese, sour cream, and Splenda. Set aside.
- 2Beat egg, half & half, & protein powder into smooth batter.
- 3Lightly grease bottom of 10" fry pan with olive oil. Melt butter in low-medium heat.
- 4Pour in batter and roll to cover bottom of pan. Watch batter solidify. Gently turn with spatula.
- 5Cook till golden. Place on plate. Spread cheese filling and roll crepe-style.
