Directions

  1. 1Cream ricotta cheese, sour cream, and Splenda. Set aside.
  2. 2Beat egg, half & half, & protein powder into smooth batter.
  3. 3Lightly grease bottom of 10" fry pan with olive oil. Melt butter in low-medium heat.
  4. 4Pour in batter and roll to cover bottom of pan. Watch batter solidify. Gently turn with spatula.
  5. 5Cook till golden. Place on plate. Spread cheese filling and roll crepe-style.
