  1. 1In a non-stick skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  2. 2Stir in the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard.
  3. 3Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes or until thickened.
  4. 4Spoon onto roll bottoms; top with coleslaw. Replace roll tops.
