- 1Put all ingredients in blender except ice and blend till smooth.
- 2If frozen fruit is used you may not need much ice. Add crushed ice to desired thickness. Also adjust sweetness to your taste
- 3Note: for fewer calories omit the yogurt and add 1/2 cup water in place of yogurt. Still tastes great!
