Directions

  1. 1Dice vegetables except spinach, then sauté in a pan with olive oil until softened.
  2. 2Add broth and bring to a boil. Add chicken breasts and cook at medium heat, covered, for about 20 minutes.
  3. 3Take chicken out and shred. Bring back to boil, add shredded chicken, spices, and pasta broken into pieces. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. 4Lower heat. Add spinach and stir.
  5. 5Serve immediately.
