- 1Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Saute vegetables and chicken until vegetables are cooked and chicken is heated through.
- 2When nearly done, add spices and soy sauce. Stir.
- 3Add quinoa last. Stir until quinoa it's heated through.
- 4Remove from heat and serve.
