  1. 1Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Saute vegetables and chicken until vegetables are cooked and chicken is heated through.
  2. 2When nearly done, add spices and soy sauce. Stir.
  3. 3Add quinoa last. Stir until quinoa it's heated through.
  4. 4Remove from heat and serve.
