  1. 1Preheat oven to 450 °F (225 °C).
  2. 2Chop or mince garlic clove. Rinse and drain canned chickpeas.
  3. 3Mix chickpeas, minced garlic, olive oil and salt (seasoned to taste) together in shallow baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4After 20 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool. Eat at room temperature.
