Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2Mash two bananas in a bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- 3Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.
- 4Combine the two mixtures and stir until smooth.
- 5Add chocolate chips and raisins.
- 6Distribute in muffin tins and garnish with remaining banana and pecans.
- 7Bake for 30 minutes.
