Ingredients
- 1 tsp ground cinnamonNutrition
- 1 tsp baking powderNutrition
- 3 tbsps light brown sugarNutrition
- 1 large eggNutrition
- 56 g unsweetened applesauceNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flourNutrition
- 4 medium bananasNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp butterNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 1 tsp baking sodaNutrition
- 2 tbsps granulated sugarNutrition
Directions
- 1Mash bananas then add egg, vanilla, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
- 2Mix remaining dry ingredients together and slowly add into the banana mixture.
- 3Gently stir in melted butter and applesauce.
- 4Place in a lightly greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes.
