  2. 2Sauté beef with half of oil, oyster sauce, salt and sugar. Cook until the color is no longer red.
  3. 3Sauté vegetables with the other half of seasonings for 5 minutes.
  4. 4Return beef in the pan and stir for a few minutes until combined.
