- 1Cook rotini pasta for 12 minutes and drain.
- 2Peel cucumber and slice, dice tomatoes, chop green pepper and add all to the pasta.
- 3Add sweet vidalia onion dressing. Mix and refrigerate.
- 4Allow to chill completely and enjoy.
