  1. 1Cook and drain rotini pasta as directed on package, omitting any oil.
  2. 2Spray a large saucepan with non-stick spray and heat over medium high heat.
  3. 3Cook garlic in saucepan until tender
  4. 4Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. 5Heat to boiling, then reduce to simmer.
  6. 6Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes, until slightly thickened.
  7. 7Serve over rotini.
