Directions
- 1Chop ends off of asparagus.
- 2Mix all vegetables in little olive oil and balsamic vinegar (optional).
- 3Put in a 8x8" or 9x13" baking dish, depending on how many vegetables you have.
- 4Bake in 450 °F (220 °C) oven for about 30 minutes until done.
- 5Note: you can use any assortment of vegetables you like, with or without potatoes.
