A sort of mix between chili and stew, filled with legumes and a touch of tomato and beef.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp leaves basilNutrition
- 1 tbsp chili powderNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauceNutrition
- 2 cups green beansNutrition
- 1 large onion, dicedNutrition
- 4 cups stewed tomatoesNutrition
- 2 cups kidney beansNutrition
- 2 cups pinquitos (pink beans)Nutrition
- 2 cups garbanzo beansNutrition
- 1 lb lean ground beefNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- 2Reduce heat and let simmer for 1-3 hours before serving
- 3Note: I like to freeze meal size portions. It makes for a fast and easy meal later.
