  1. 1Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. 2Brown the Italian sausage.
  3. 3Slice and chop the vegetables.
  4. 4Spread the Italian sausage on the bottom of a 9x11" baking pan. Layer the vegetables on top, then the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Lastly pour in the egg substitute.
  5. 5Bake for 60 to 75 minutes until an inserted knife comes out clean.
