- 1Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
- 2Brown the Italian sausage.
- 3Slice and chop the vegetables.
- 4Spread the Italian sausage on the bottom of a 9x11" baking pan. Layer the vegetables on top, then the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Lastly pour in the egg substitute.
- 5Bake for 60 to 75 minutes until an inserted knife comes out clean.
