- 1Heat oil in frying pan medium heat. Sauté the chicken breasts in oil for 4 minutes, then turn over and add onion.
- 2Cover and cook 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
- 3Add garlic, rosemary and chicken stock (fat free if available).
- 4Cover and cook until onion starts to brown and then about 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
- 5Season with salt and pepper if required.
