Directions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients (except the chicken) for the marinade.
  2. 2Pour over the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  3. 3Roast chicken in a 425 °F (210 °C) oven for 15 minutes per pound. Do not open oven or baste chicken during roasting.
  4. 4If chicken is to be grilled, grill for approximately 20 minutes, turning once.
