  1. 1Cook bulgur wheat as per packet instructions.
  2. 2Once cooked add zest of lemon and juice of the lemon.
  3. 3Crush some garlic and add some herbs (to taste, such as lemony mint, thyme or parsley).
  4. 4Mix all ingredients together.
  5. 5Serve and enjoy!
