Directions
- 1Cook bulgur wheat as per packet instructions.
- 2Once cooked add zest of lemon and juice of the lemon.
- 3Crush some garlic and add some herbs (to taste, such as lemony mint, thyme or parsley).
- 4Mix all ingredients together.
- 5Serve and enjoy!
