Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp baking sodaNutrition
- 2 tbsps plain Greek yogurtNutrition
- 1 1/2 oz walnutsNutrition
- 1 cup all-purpose flourNutrition
- 1 cup whole wheat flourNutrition
- 2 medium eggsNutrition
- 4 bananasNutrition
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauceNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugarNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and spray a bread or muffin pan.
- 2Mix together flours, baking soda, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- 3Beat together brown sugar, apple sauce, and yogurt. Add in eggs and vanilla. Beat in mashed bananas.
- 4Add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Stir in walnuts.
- 5Cook bread for 60 minutes or muffins for 35 minutes.
