- 1/4 second spray olive oil cooking sprayNutrition

- 84 g lower sodium turkey baconNutrition
- 3/4 tsp onion powderNutrition
- 1 cup cooked broccoli floweretsNutrition
- 3 dashes sea saltNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups reduced fat finely shredded fiesta blend cheeseNutrition

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2Spray muffin tin with olive oil.
- 3Mix ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl.
