  3. 3Mix ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl.
  4. 4Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling approximately 3/4 cup full and top with 1/8 cup shredded cheese.
  5. 5Bake for 20 minutes, check center with butter knife to ensure fully cooked.
