- 1Make sugar free Jell-O as directed on package. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- 2Add sugar free pudding (dry mix) to already prepared Jell-O, mix with wire wisk or electric beater til smooth. Mixture will only be slightly thick.
- 3Drain mandarin oranges and set aside.
- 4Fold entire tub of whipped topping (fat free if available) like Cool Whip into Jell-O/pudding mixture until mixed with no white showing.
- 5Fold in drained mandarin oranges until evenly distributed.
- 6Note: makes six one cup servings or one large bowl and is a Weight Watchers favorite.
