  2. 2Add oats, flaxseed meal, wheat germ, cinnamon, and baking powder. Batter will be thick.
  3. 3Spoon the batter onto a sprayed griddle or pan heated to medium.
  4. 4Cook until golden brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
  5. 5Makes about four 3-inch dense pancakes.
