  1. 1To make the pastry, blend flour and salt in a large bowl.
  2. 2Add margarine and cut through with a knife to blend.
  3. 3Add water and vinegar and knead to form dough.
  4. 4Divide dough in half and roll out each half until very thin.
  5. 5To make the filling mix all ingredients together.
  6. 6Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Cover each rectangle of dough with filling, roll up.
  7. 7Place on baking sheet with dough joint facing down.
  8. 8Brush with glaze and bake 45 minutes until golden.
