Caramel Apple Pie

- 1Cut up and weigh out 8 oz of apples.
- 2Microwave for 2-3 minutes or to the texture that you prefer.
- 3Stir in soy nut butter (crushed soy bean nuts) along with 2-3 packets of Splenda, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
- 4Thinly slice the gjetost cheese and lay over the top of the apple/soy concoction.
- 5Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute, careful not to burn the gjetost, just until melted.
- 6Wait for it to cool and then dig in.
