  1. 1Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
  2. 2Coat underside of pizza with a little olive oil and seasonings.
  3. 3Saute veggies in olive oil and add seasonings of your choice (rosemary, thyme, oregano, hot chili flakes).
  4. 4Cover top of pizza with sauce, then sauteed veggies, cheese and pepperoni.
  5. 5Bake for 10-12 minutes.
