- 1Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
- 2Coat underside of pizza with a little olive oil and seasonings.
- 3Saute veggies in olive oil and add seasonings of your choice (rosemary, thyme, oregano, hot chili flakes).
- 4Cover top of pizza with sauce, then sauteed veggies, cheese and pepperoni.
- 5Bake for 10-12 minutes.
