Ingredients
- 2 tbsps nonfat plain Greek yogurtNutrition
- 1/3 cup shelled walnutsNutrition
- 1/2 cup light brown sugarNutrition
- 1 cup all-purpose flourNutrition
- 2 medium eggsNutrition
- 1 cup whole wheat flourNutrition
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauceNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 4 medium bananasNutrition
- 1 tsp baking sodaNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
- 3Beat sugar, apple sauce, and yogurt together. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add mashed bananas.
- 4Add dry ingredients to wet. Add walnuts. Mix well.
- 5Pour into a greased bread pan. Bake for 60 minutes in oven.
