- 1Shred the salmon and add mayonnaise.
- 2Add the remaining ingredients except butter and half of bread crumbs. Stir until combined.
- 3Divide into 4 portions, form into balls, and roll in the remaining bread crumbs.
- 4Press slightly and fry in buttered pan, flipping once until brown on both sides.
