Directions
- 1Chop the onion, tomatoes and pepper in pieces and put in a baking dish for 30 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).
- 2Add the Atlantic salmon to the baking dish and spread the onion, tomatoes and red peppers over the top, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3Pour juice of one lemon over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes.
