Directions

  1. 1Chop the onion, tomatoes and pepper in pieces and put in a baking dish for 30 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. 2Add the Atlantic salmon to the baking dish and spread the onion, tomatoes and red peppers over the top, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Pour juice of one lemon over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes.
