  1. 1Make a "boat" out of aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray (if not using non-stick aluminum foil).
  2. 2Place salmon fillet in boat (salmon with skin still attached works well).
  3. 3Add seasonings to salmon to taste.
  4. 4Close aluminum foil boat over top of salmon fillet.
  5. 5Place aluminum foil boat on grill rack over medium to medium-high heat.
  6. 6Cook for 15-20 minutes or until fish begins to flake.
