  1. 1Start water for pasta. Slice tomatoes in 1/2 and the into slices. Slice cucumber into slices and dice onion. Add to large bowl.
  2. 2Cook pasta while finishing preparation on vegetables.
  3. 3Drain and rinse pasta to large bowl.
  4. 4Add lite balsamic dressing, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  5. 5Note: you can add Parmesan or Romano cheese, but it will increase the calorie and fat content.
