- 1Start water for pasta. Slice tomatoes in 1/2 and the into slices. Slice cucumber into slices and dice onion. Add to large bowl.
- 2Cook pasta while finishing preparation on vegetables.
- 3Drain and rinse pasta to large bowl.
- 4Add lite balsamic dressing, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- 5Note: you can add Parmesan or Romano cheese, but it will increase the calorie and fat content.
