Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition

- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oilNutrition
- 2 1/4 cups diced tomatoes and green chiliesNutrition

- 3 1/2 cups black beans with olive oil, onion and garlicNutrition
- 1 large green bell pepperNutrition
- 1 1/3 cups sweet white cornNutrition
- 1/2 cup chili powderNutrition
- 1/2 cup onion powderNutrition
- 1 cup chopped zucchiniNutrition
Directions
- 1Chop vegetables.
- 2Sauté onion with olive oil in a pot until fragrant.
- 3Add ground turkey and cook until color turns white while stirring.
- 4Gradually add vegetables, tomato paste, seasonings, and water (as needed to achieve desired consistency).
- 5Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
