  1. 1Cook in frying pan set to medium heat, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Put water, broccoli and chicken into pan, cover with lid and let boil for 5 minutes.
  2. 2Next add the cooked brown rice with the broccoli and chicken and stir them together.
  3. 3Add remaining ingredients, stir with spatula, let simmer for few minutes then serve.
