Grilled Mahi Mahi with Olive Oil and Lemon Juice

  1. 1Cut Mahi Mahi into 4 pieces.
  2. 2Brush both sides of fish with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then rub garlic on fish.
  3. 3To grill, arrange fish on a grill rack or grill basket sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.
  4. 4Grill over medium-hot coals (or medium-high on gas) for 4-6 minutes per 1/2" thickness or until fish flakes easily. If fish is more than 1" thick, gently turn halfway through.
  5. 5To broil, arrange fish on broiler pan sprayed with cooking oil. Broil 4" from heat, same amount of time as grilling.
