- 1Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
- 2Mash banana in a bowl. Finely chop walnuts. Mix together.
- 3Add oats, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- 4Line baking tray with parchment paper. Measure out batter by tablespoons and flatten each into a round.
- 5Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven then reduce temperature to 300°F. Flip cookies and bake for another 10 minutes. Let it cool in rack.
