- 1Bake the sweet potato, and mash.
- 2Season turkey breast and bake.
- 3Cut the celery and add to a frying pan that has a spoon of olive oil add the raisins and two tablespoons of water and cook til the celery is a bit soft. Add a handful of croutons.
- 4Add the celery and raisin mix over the turkey breast.
- 5To the mash sweet potatoe add a dash of salt and season to taste.
- 6Serve together.
