  1. 1Cut water spinach about 3-4 inches long. Soak in cold water. Rinse off after a couple of minutes.
  2. 2Chop garlic and chili peppers. Slice mushrooms.
  3. 3Sauté mushrooms in avocado oil until browned. Add garlic then chili peppers.
  4. 4Add pork and water spinach. Mix until the greens are tender.
  5. 5Add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Mix well but do not overcook.
