- 1Cut water spinach about 3-4 inches long. Soak in cold water. Rinse off after a couple of minutes.
- 2Chop garlic and chili peppers. Slice mushrooms.
- 3Sauté mushrooms in avocado oil until browned. Add garlic then chili peppers.
- 4Add pork and water spinach. Mix until the greens are tender.
- 5Add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Mix well but do not overcook.
