- 1Clean, rinse, and pat dry shrimp.
- 2Transfer to a large bowl and toss with spices and salt.
- 3Heat avocado oil in a skillet.
- 4Add shrimp in batches and cook in a single layer for about 1 minute or until the edges have started to turn pink. Flip and cook the other side for another minute or so.
- 5Transfer to a plate and squeeze lemon over. Top with fresh basil then serve.
