- 1Put the yogurt in the muslin cloth and let it hang for about 90 minutes. This should drain out all water and you'll be left with creme.
- 2In a bowl, add the creme, sliced strawberry and Splenda.
- 3Using a little low fat milk to soften, whet the mixture with a spoon continuously unless the blend is uniform and grainy in texture. Your creme dessert is ready.
- 4Refrigerate for about 25 minutes before consuming.
- 5Note: do not whet the mix in the blender or mixer.
