  1. 1Mix the oatmeal and yogurt together. Let soak in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. 2Mix in all of the other ingredients.
  3. 3Optional at this point to spice it up by adding nuts, fruit, spices, or chocolate chips.
  4. 4Pour into paper-lined muffin cups (makes 12) and bake for 15-20 minutes (until tops are brown) at 425 °F (210 °C).
