  1. 1Put 5 large or 10 small ice cubes in the blender with the cranberry-grape juice and blend.
  2. 2Add yogurt and strawberries and continue to blend until smooth.
  3. 3Add flax seeds and blend briefly and then pour in to a glass and enjoy.
