Directions

  1. 1Coarsely chop garlic and sauté in 2 tbsps olive oil.
  2. 2Add cauliflower, beans, seasonings, and half cup water. Stir and cover. Allow to simmer on low heat.
  3. 3Cook pasta according to packaging.
  4. 4Drain pasta and combine with cauliflower-bean mixture. Add the rest of olive oil and mix.
  5. 5Transfer to plate then serve.
