Ingredients
- 1 tsp adobo all purpose seasoningNutrition
- 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oilNutrition
- 16 oz dry organic 100% whole wheat fusilliNutrition
- 1 tsp paprikaNutrition
- 1 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 30 oz black beans (canned)Nutrition
- 1 tsp turmeric (ground)Nutrition
- 1 head large cauliflowerNutrition
- 8 cloves garlicNutrition
Directions
- 1Coarsely chop garlic and sauté in 2 tbsps olive oil.
- 2Add cauliflower, beans, seasonings, and half cup water. Stir and cover. Allow to simmer on low heat.
- 3Cook pasta according to packaging.
- 4Drain pasta and combine with cauliflower-bean mixture. Add the rest of olive oil and mix.
- 5Transfer to plate then serve.
